I have a flat and recessed maxilla. This and my side profile are probably the biggest failos. If i sleep on my sides the skin sags and i look bloated and chopped asf. If i sleep on my back i notice less to no sagging at all. And dint worry about mouth breathing because i hot these mouth tapes that help me breath on my nose and i think i can get used to sleeping on my back without any problem. What should i do?

Gravity works harder when you sleep on side

I see. The only downside i can think of is mouth breathing but i took care of that. Is that why people say sleeping on back makes you recessed?

giga cope. You'll just turn to the side once you're asleep anyways. Looks are made by genes and nutrition buddy boyo

No bro, i don’t turn to my side. I used to do that after falling asleep but after i got used to it a few months ago i never turned to my side again. I fell asleep on my back and woke up on my back, in the same position

Some cope tbh, theres no shit that proves if it works or no, but if you would sleep in your back, since 3 year old, and not turn to the side when you fall asleep, maybe it will work.
