sleeping position during puberty

so im currently trying to figure out what position i should sleep in to maximise my puberty. I heard that sleeping on back with no or only a small pillow keeps you symetrical, 'can' make you taller and you get better posture. on the other side ive just found out about someone who said that sleepin on back could cause recession... WHICH POSITION SHOULD I SLEEP IN???

If you want to be really optimal you should sleep on your back on the floor or somewhere hard. It shifts the weight of your body to supported by your bones when lying down, rather than on a bed, your body is doing nothing and all your weight is supported by the mattress - if that makes sense.

sleeping on your side is ideal, sleeping on your back makes your tongue unable to stick to your pallete but in my opinion sleeping however you want is the best, you should more focus on roiding or smth
