Aha I just actually started using my Fitbit (I think its the Inspire HR model, screenshots are from the companion app) that I got a while back, its actually really light (kinda to the point of being a bit too dainty/feminine) but the upside is i barely notice im wearing it so I can sleep with it on.

I never realised how much I was underutilising it, it tracks so many things but mainly im using it for sleep + calories burned.
Not exactly sure how it tracks sleep but if you just search up Insipre HR or fitbit sleep tracking smth should come up.
