making sure you get good quality of sleep and you sleep correct is important.
so, here is what i've been doing
1.tape my mouth (so i avoid breathing on my mouth)
2.get a jaw strap (so i avoid my jaw opening while sleeping)
3.blindfold (sleep better, fall asleep faster)
4.nasal straps (breathe better)
5.ear plugs (sleep better, fall asleep faster)
is this valid? anything other I could implement?
