I had brutal insomnia and used to sleep 5-6 hrs a day last year.
I’m a caffeine addict but I finally cracked the code to sleep like a baby.
Yes, it’s water but it worked so I’m still posting it:
- 400mg magnesium glycinate
- 10mg melatonin (could be a lower dose I take high for antioxidant effect)
- 200mg l theanine (it mogs Ashwagandha for sleep)
- no caffeine after 4pm
- no water right before bed
- blue light glasses (red lenses) 30-60 mins before bedtime
- red color filter on iPad (no phone in bed) when I use it before bed
- no meals 2 hrs before sleep (obviously)
- if you have a dog spend time with him/her right b4 bed to lower your cortisol and release some endorphins
That’s it niggas call it surface level but this is how I now sleep 7-10 hours every night
