I am a firm believer that everything humans need to be healthy is already placed on this Earth. So I don’t like to use things that are manmade/unnatural. Our ancestors never really had beds, they just put some fur on the floor and slept that way and on their back. At least, that’s what i’ve seen the Native Americans do. I wanna know what you guys think. If pillows actually promote health or is it only for COMFORT? Please put some links down for me to read if you have any articles or evidence for your stance on this, if you can.
