When I sleep on the back and when I wake up at night sometimes I am on another side or even on my stomach. What can I put or do so this doesn’t happen.

put a pillow against each side of ur face when u fall asleep

Get a dry flotation bed - it's like a water bed but deeper - you're floating on water, the weight is distributed uniformly also to your sides, so you won't feel the need to twist and turn during sleep, you go to sleep on your back and wake up in the same position.

Yeah, a regular water bed might work too, if you don't fill it completely so you can easily sink in...
Imagine trying that and you die

Why, you don't actually sink in water, there's a plastic foil between water and you.
