throughout my crusades ascending and eventually being able to slay a decent amount, I’ve found a pretty consistent trend, that when sleeping with an Foid overnight my health markers are elite for recovery. I use a Garmin to track these things and my HRV usually is 8-12ms better, and my RHR 2-4 BPM lower, on nights that I’m sleeping with foids. I’m sure there’s some evolutionary science behind this, but I’ve started performatively seeing this Foid to take advantage of these effects 2-3 times per week, to boost my recovery and continue to ascend. This has to be a low low cortisol play. Let me know
