Sleeping with mouth open.

I’ve tried thousands of times to sleep on my back and keep my mouth closed but I never manage to do it, my parents always tell me that I sleep with my mouth open and I slightly snore, I know that this happens too because I always wake up with a sore throat. Any tips for that?
