I’ve been sleeping with two pillows for multiple years now, stacked on top of each other. What issues could this cause with facial structure? I often sleep on my side and I am asymmetrical, with the left side of my face being the weaker side and I am wondering if stacking two pillows has caused this in any way? What are the negatives to this? I’m new to org so I bet I sound retarded right now but who cares

That’s what I’ve been seeing, I’m just wondering if having my head so elevated had but strain on my spine and fucked up my head posture leading to some of my asymmetries

Well definitely sleeping primarly on one side was the main factor

I thought the problem was just sleeping on the side, i'm going to check this thread in a while.

I'm sleeping with two pillows too in order to avoid fluid stagnation in my face and it helped me a bit if that can help.

100%. I'm turning 18 in a few months so im trying just about everything at once here to fix my assemtries. So far ive been sleeping alternating sides to try to even some stuff out.
