Sleeping without a pillow can keep your head flat. This may reduce some stress on your neck and promote better alignment. I used to have neck soreness when I woke up and my cheeks would be more bloated. If you want to sleep without a pillow, make sure to use a neck pillow or else this will be uncomfortable. If you don't want to buy one use a folded sock and put it behind your neck.

hylauronic acid (retains moisture) cream as base + Kojic acid (whitens dark circlescream on top

Dab them on lightly don’t be autistic and go rough with the undereyes

get sleep

wake up

Use a good cleanser to clean the undereyes

put vit c and a good sunscreen under eyes

This only works if you sleep on your back.
 
Based thread. I started hard mewing a month ago and I have noticed that when sleeping without the pillow it's easier to keep the back third of the tongue angaged.
It's basically the chin tucking position but when lying down.
