Sleeping without windows open

Even if its hot outside, legit without them open im more awake,energetic,more concentrated,etc

If I open them I mouthbreathe,im more tired,irritated
Now im trying to sleep in a hot room

Anyone who has that? Is that due allergies?

Guys I almost suffocated with sleeping in a warm room. Low iq move

Is it likely my brain got damaged from lack of oxygen? woke up with a fking shortness of breath. When does hypoxia occur?
