HI boios,

I suffered from sleep apnea / UARS for almost a decade. It's been a long journey but I finally no longer sick from this awful crap.

What helped me the most is mastering circular breathing with the didgeridoo

If you are constantly tired your sleep is probably shit.

You can get this for like 3O bucks and play every day for 3O mins. The thing is I work from home and I play with this while grinding poker so it doesn't even wasste my time.

This is legit boios fix your sleep I promise. If you have insomnia etc any sleep problem it's almost always bc of narrow airways.

Here is the study: https://sleep.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s41606-023-00095-z

TLDR; Playing the didgeridoo for 25 mins every day will significantly improve sleep apnea after few weeks

Yeah dude, I just slept and suddenly became gigachad. Crazy shit
nah bro it will improve collagen and undereyebags. pls stop playing stupid

bad sleep will induce stress on the body causing faster aging aka collagen loss on the skin lookswise

if you think you can look good with chronic bad sleep then you are really deluded

I did fix my sleep and you can see some effects like eyebags less visible and better collagen production

How much would you say the didgeridoo helps with quality sleep in comparison to cpap? I started doing airflow excersises too. Sleep apnea test came negative, but I'm sure I have it. I snore.

immense results. cpap just made my life tolerable, not enjoyable.
I actually feel happiness since playing the didge. I have plans for the future

just stick to it and master circular breathing. Once you have the muscle strength you will be able to keep it flowing for unlimited time and your throat will be strong AF and immune to apnea. HOWEVER! When I take 1 day out i feel considerable tiredness during the next day. If I skip 2 days I feel like shit just rotting in bed. So you really need the consistency unfortunately it's not a permanent cure.

Good enough for me. I do mewing in hopes of getting it fixed in a few years hopefully or at least make my situation better. I mean with the didge, I am perfectly good but it would be nice if I could sleep normally like everybody else without doing this ritual every day.

Nice. Does it matter how big the didg is? I ordered a 120cm one. Also how long per day do you use it?

i have the same length. I try to aim for 3O minutes a day, but I think I probably do less. Don't really keep track of it just making sure I do it consistently for some time every day

Thanks a lot man, appreciate the insight. Is it optimal to do it in the evening?

one study that showed that 74% of people with moderate/severe apnea had treatment resistant depression and the number of people still with depression symptoms after 3 months on the CPAP dropped to 4%.
