What does sleep do

Sleep is the ultimate lookmaxxer, in your sleep your hormones rocket sky high, its is good for your skin, good for you mitochondria, good for your brain and literally is the biggest softmax that a lot of you neglect

https://inbodyusa.com/inbodyblog/96307521-the-effect-of-sleep-on-your-body-composition/ (where the GH is produced, you overnightercels explains why your stunted)

https://www.dermalogica.com/the-science-of-sleep-(and-skin)/the-science-of-sleep-and-skin,default,pg.html (keeps skin young)

https://www.mdedge.com/obgyn/articl...ology/beauty-sleep-sleep-deprivation-and-skin (not sleeping is destroying your collagen)

https://www.ifm.org/news-insights/fatigue-sleep-deprivation-mitochondrial-impacts/ (basically not sleeping fucks your mitochondrias and makes your cells shit and makes you age quicker)

https://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/Patient-Caregiver-Education/Understanding-Sleep ( cleans your brain)

https://www.verywellhealth.com/top-health-benefits-of-a-good-nights-sleep-2223766 ( sleeping is like a massive benefit to your health)

So I know there are many threads on this but here's how to sleep better

Melatonin before bed

Wear an eye mask

Buy blackout blinds

Buy and air-conditioned for your room, your heads meant to be colder than your body

Weighted blanket

Sounds of rain or thunderstorms playing

Sleep tracker to wake you up at an optimal time

Also take magnesium before you sleep

Use f. Lux software to cancel out blue light 2 hours before you sleep

Working out before bed

Read a book before you sleep (http://capcana.com/news/10-benefits-of-reading-why-you-should-read-every-day/) (https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/4-healthy-reasons-to-read-before-bed/)

The blue light filter is the most important thing, I don’t even remember trying to sleep anymore; I’m out in a few minutes

Of course, exercising before sleep helps a lot too! I've been working out mega hard before bed then eating carrots for beta Carotine and my dreams are so impressive. A good indictstior that you slept well if if you roll about a lot

JFL @ this retard.

I never said it will boost your Chad fesutrs. No softmax will.

It will do other things that will looksmax you such as GH boost (more productive workouts) better skin ( your retarded if that isn't a looksmax) anti aging ( yet again if this isn't a looksmax you're iq is below 10)

stop yapping you little mutt.
growth hormone does nothing of the latter, I've injected copious amounts of it, all it did was make me retain water like a buffalo, I was a bloated mess, and became borderline diabetic.

again, this is a looksmaxxing website, sleeping isn't a looksmax, next meme.

JFL, just cuz you ditn want to sleep. Bet your some sort of oldcel that didn't gain any mass from HGH. IFBB bodybuilders inject HGH and they are beasts.

Also having these little doftmaxxes is better than not having them at all

You're meant to sleep 12 hours or until you naturally wake up JFL, but sure I me a having better collagen and optimal hormone balance and good mitochondria and a healthier body isn't a looksmax. In fact you should avoid that :lul::forcedsmile::feelsuhh:

are you clinically retarded? if you're sleeping beyond 12 hours a night you're not healthy, that's indicative of some sort of issue.
I'm convinced you're a troll at this point, you keep replying with spergy shit, just block me tbh.

Bruh JFL I'm not a pussy I don't block people.

I'm literally saying sleeping will benefit your looks not in the PSL autsit way but will.imprive your health and improve your hormones and improve your skin. All little things but add this to other stuff and it's a good thing

How many hours do you need to sleep to produce GH?
I've heard that that most of GH releases during slow-wave sleep(as in first hours of sleep) But I still have very little and vague knowledge about it.

Seems like you are quite knoweldabge about this sort of stuff I've read your post about pubertymaxxing.
I want to go into gh and stuff relating to this more thoroughly.

you produce growth hormone throughout the day as well, it's igf-1 levels that vary between people, completely dependent on genetics and diet though.

sleep at least 7 hours.

dn rd but you can buy glasses that filter out blue light, they help more than f.lux because they filter everything.

no.
They just dim the light. These glasses are made specifically to filter out blue light.

Cool, that's for the tip!

Pitt was wearing blue light blocking glasses in Fight Club because the protagonist is an insomnaic

What's the benefit of sleeping 12 hours opposed to 7 hours? Good thread, though

More sleep means more repairs and shit lol

Still, 12 hours seems overkill. Even most athletes who train daily need about 10 hours of sleep to fully repair the muscles.

If you sleep 12 hours a day you sleep away 50% of your life lmao fuck that

Ik but 12 hours is really nothing tbh lol

Getting enough sleep also increases the levels of melatonin and cortisal. Makes your hair much better. You can add it to the post if you want
