I'm doing 5mg melatonin, GABA, 400mg magnesium glycinate, and 600mg ashwagnda to maximize sleep quality and deep sleep. I'm also going to take 10mg mk677 next month alongside these, which should also boost sleep quality.

i usually take a 43mg cuba 15mins before bed and sleep like my great-grandmother
