Slept at 8:15 woke up at 5:30
good sleep quality
feels high T and fresh af had a back and biceps session wrapped up by 7

Gonna travel max today

Feel so much better and rope maxxing ideation down by 75%

Eating 4 hours before bed mogs and train earlier in the day, if later low volume only

yup, wrap up eating early and train earlier in the day and wind down 30 min before
