Sliding genio or implant

As soon as I turn 18 I’m getting one of these done, but I’m not entirely sure which one. I obv know implants can even move and also cause bone resorption, but the implant seems to be twice as cheap, everyone knows that if u want a better result your gonna have to pay a little more but then again which 18 year old has about 10k saved for surgery. So my question is if these cons are actual noticeable both visually and not, and also if one of the two actually has a noticeable better aesthetic result.

Would turkey be the best price-quality wise?

Chin implants generally don’t move nor cause bone erosion when place properly. It’s theoretically possible with silicon implant but not frequent.

Depends on if you want permanent results or not. I would rather do the sliding genio as it looks more natural. It also depends on how much projection you need, genio allows more projection. Bones mog and genio doesn't even have to be that expensive, it's a simple procedure
