Sliding Genioplasty Results (8.5 mm horizontal 2mm vertical)

Result picture is around 1.5 weeks post op (little to no swelling but you can see the bruise on my jaw/neck still). I paid a little under 7k and went to a maxillofacial surgeon in the US. My facially convexity changed by around 9 degrees from around 161 to around 170. I'm planning on making a guide on all of the stuff that I learned about the procedure (how many mm you need, how to realistically photoshop changes, where to go ect. in the near future). I think it has also ascended my front a good deal but Ill wait to post those pictures in the guide. I'll probably also be making posts on DIY subscision + acne scar filler and jaw/zygo filler in the future if anyone is interested in those.

Vertical added. I wish I could send you the scan and design but I never took it home, me and the surgeon just worked it out in the office. I'd be happy to try to explain it or replicate it with a photo of my side.

True but no insurance coverage so 7k vs 35k where I live, its definitely not perfect solution but good enough for my profile to no longer be subhuman.
