Sliding genioplasty wider chin, should i do that?

My max. surgeon told me that it is possible to make the chin wider if an osteotomy is made in the middle of the chin and the segments are pushed forward. It would make it more masculine, but should i go for it? Idk how it would even look like on me. I know my chin is narrow, so would it be a looksmax?

I ve read that sliding genio will only widen it but it wont give a squared shape which im aiming for. So ill probably not do it

Its not acne, its cause i didnt know how to shave but now theres nothing.
