Slight change in eye color after change in diet

Info: I won't provide pictures since people I know personally are searching for my account lol

Anyways, If you look at my older posts, I already showed my eyes they're greenish/hazel. When I took those pics I was eating cleaner than I am now.
Anyways, some birthday partys came up so I obviously ate shit and drank and now my eyes are very brown, the green is almost gone ???

Theres no scientific backup for how one's diet can influence the eye color but im starting to believe that it does to a certain degree, not too much tho.
Your opinion?

What was your diet change

When they were more greenish I was mostly sugar free (not entirely) ,they started becoming more brown after I went to a bday party (cake, alcohol, etc.)
