i really dont want to get a trimax, i think since both chin and maxilla have a slight recession it sorta harmonizes between eachothers, even tho it gives me a sorta of flat effect, this problem also extends to my nostrils and nose tip from the side view, can cope with ts? or surgery is needed asap, considering rhino for the nostrils tho.
