Yeah, icemaxxing is legit, but I feel like maybe it should be reverse. Warmer face during fat burning at night and colder face during eating period at day, no? Then when you eat there is less blood flow, thus less fat stored in face and when you sleep there is more blood flow, thus more fat burned in face.

Search buccal removal before and after, the results are very weak, and often worse.
