Why did I have to be born with a recesed mandible and I’m 14 but since I have a fucking baby teeth left still I won’t even get braces yet to fix my recessed mandible and teeth shape maybe even my slight deep bite I wanna vomit whenever I look at myself in the mirror

No one is born with a recessed mandible, unless you're deformed. Any normally formed infant is born with normal bones, you become recessed over time if you're not breasfed, you eat junk and breathe like shit, don't exercise and hold bad posture.
