Accutane if you wanna slim down systemic inflammation.
Hydrocortosine if you want to target specific regions with the topical gel. Besides the nose however, it doesn't provide much aesthetic use, the skin barrier is harder to bypass in some regions, and it works with the nose the most because the nose is very susceptible to inflammation
