Get a nose shaper, use hydrocortisol creme(isn't a longterm option) and try to get rid of black heads and shit that might make a slight difference

How long are u on hydrocortisone cuz ive used it for like 1 week and had exams going it started to cause extreme hairfall lliteral bald patches appeared, i thought its cuz of stress but when i stopped hairfall gone

I apply it almost every morning on my nose.
Hairfall probably came from the stress u had.
When I have hairfall through stress or no shampoo I usually just rub hairoil with argan oil on my head and massage into every corner of my scalp.
For me that helped out

I ve researched a bit , hydrocortisone induces stress and if u apply it without any reason like i did then ot can cause extensive stress cortisol hormone imma try it again with alt days
