My waist is less then 30 inches,I was at beach yesterday with few other girls and unironically I waist mogged every fucking girl at the beach that day.And Iam currently at 15% bf.
Is that bad/good/overthinking?

As long as you have good shoulders and ribcage, slim waist is ideal, even with slightly wider hips
