not a good long-term option and topicals like tretinoin, azelaic acid, and niacinamide are better for improving nose texture and reducing inflammation

yeah imma do that, even if it doesn't do much slimming it's worth it just for the skin improvement

realistically those won't make much of a difference i'm gonna have to try accutane and hopefully get a rhino in the future

If you want good skin you'd be using those products anyways, nose slimming is just an added benefit.

the side effect profile is not worth something as minor as making your nose slightly less wide
