In theory yes, cutting sugar reduces inflammation. Hydrocortisone works as well, one of the effects of hydrocortisone is actually thinning skin. Just don't apply it on your dorsal hump, it will just make the hump even more visible. Apply it to any inflamed parts of your nose (besides the part i mentioned prior) and over time it will get thinner. Also, you can apply it before events; parties, get togethers, dates, etc. All in all, yes reducing processed sugar will slim your nose IF it's inflamed. Hydrocortisone works as well.
