[SLIN] 4iu Pre / 8iu Post Novorapid + 50iu Lantus EOD (High Carb Growth Phase)

I run 4iu pre and 8iu post of a Novorapid and then 50iu EOD 4am of a Lantus in a growth phase but I run this with a higher carb day, tips?
