Stuck. My middle and upper third is also recessed because my lower third looks way bigger and not in a good way. I wish my face shape was harmonious.

Focus on bringing the hairline back (cuz i dont think there s any surgeries for sloped forhead, even tho i dont think your forhead is that weird) with surgeries, minoxidil, finasteride...
Then orthodontics+ jaw surgeries would be more ROI interventions imo.
Maybe something for your browridge (idk, im being speculative here).
Basic softmaxes and then ascend.
But tbh, dont focus too much on looks for now, go all out on building wealth cuz you need to pay for so much shit (yeah looksmaxxing is expensive as hell) and building good social skills+ status (best leverages for slaying for your particular case)
