when I do "slow and controlled" it seems like the strongest muscle does all the work while the weaker ones don't do shit.
I can notice a clear difference doing chin ups slow and controlled vs fast and explosive. fast and explosive gives me way better pumps and seems to hit the whole upper body as opposed to slow and controlled autism hitting mostly arms and giving shitty pumps.
