Smacked My Cheekbones for a Week

Been zygobonesmashing for a week light tapping along the cheekbones daily, nothing extreme. Noticed some subtle swelling at first, but now my midface looks a bit more defined, especially in side lighting. Could be placebo or just inflammation, but it’s giving slight contour I didn’t have before. No crazy results, just minor visual improvement. Stacking it with mewing and mastic. Might keep going feels like a low-effort add-on to the looksmax stack if you don’t go full smoothbrain with it.

Still open for tips or help

zygo, chin and brow are somewhat safe spots to hit, because of less nerve connection in those spots.
