Smal and asymetric chin

I think i messed up the growt plate in my mandible when i was a kid, like 5 yo. I fell on it and have a scar right under my chin. Is it anyway i can fix it. Im 17 yo now.

nigga your growth plates arent messed up because you fell 12 years ago. youre probably mouth breathing or just have shit genetics so you can wait a year and get bsso or sum
