small bald spots at 15

In February, I got this like small bald spot at the bottom of my head and it grew back in like 5 months. I recently l found two more in the middle of my head which aren’t that bad because nobody can really see them because I have a lot of hair. My aunt said that they’re stress spots b/c smth pretty traumatic happened to me like 2 yrs ago which I don’t rlly believe cuz it was 2 years ago. I do believe they’re gonna grow back, but I’m pretty sure I have alopecia areata so more might come. Are there any like supplements or oils I can use to grow them back quicker. I’d rather kill myself than cut my hair when everybody at my school, other than my friends, knows me and likes me for my long hair.

Could be yea, if you have areata thats fucked up because it’s your immune system killing your hair follicles, there is pretty much no cure for it except taking somekinda steroids targeted to this but thats fucked up, don’t take dht inhibitors they won’t help in this case

if you do have alopecia areata, you obviously know that the hair can still grow back, but severe cases the hair won’t grow back as well. You can use minoxidil to increase the growth rate of the a hair in that area. You can usually get a prescription of carticosteroids to treat it as well, meaning you’re gonna have to be diagnosed by a doctors. Immunosuppressants are also given such as JAK inhibitors.
