I have refused to strip in drinking games, and one time I got pants'd in my dorm in front of two girls and they threw shade behind my back. Also having to strip for hazing sucked. Furthermore, it actually looks like you have a small dick, people don't understand the extent to which some men grow. Sometimes it sucks being a grower. This is why I acknowledged it is of very little importance. Also if I answer your question this thread might seem like brag baiting when it was really to discuss how having a small flaccid penis, regardless of erect size, can affect one's life.

Never measured flaccid, but small. Like really thin. Probably from 2-3 to 6.7x5.2 NBP. In other words, 6.5x5 because adding those fractions doesn't really make a difference. Also, I had no idea they had penis surgery, make sure it isn't potentially debilitating, brother. The flaccid thinness is always what really killed me tho, looks awful and humiliating.

Good on you, three inches is a lot tho. Obviously I have only ever know my own size but I feel very large at times. If I could be 7.2 Nbp I would enjoy knowing I am likely the biggest of all my friends, but past that that is a lot. A boy from my high school, who I knew quite well, had girls who he had been with claim he was ten inches. In our senior year, he told me he was 8 inches. Even with these overestimations, girls would often prefer to give him head over actual sex. A girl who began dating my friend was talking to us about it in a car ride once, while her boyfriend was in the car. She said he was too big to have sex with when she had hooked up with him in the past, either way, it was tasteless to bring up while her boyfriend was present.
