gynmmaxxing helps all the muscles but calves and forearms are genetic so its over + the only muscles you really see with shorts and a shirt are calves and forearms so its over for you

Forearms can easily get larger with grip training and look bigger if you have smaller wrists
calves are harder though
 
Wrong most foids don't care about legs or fore arms
 
weighted calf raises and wrist curls daily high volume

My forearms are pretty wide, when I used to train in fact I was pretty frustrated that my biceps didn't grow, but instead my forearms kept getting thicker and thicker until they looked like Popeye's...

You got results in growing them visible with that?
havent tried wrist curls yet but the calf raises gave definition has not been long enough to say it will add noticable mass but it is better than doing nothing.
