Jaw surgery facial implants rhino fix. I need more bone mass and to fix my steep occlusion. I got it all mapped out and done my research if things go to plan should be looking a lot better. And obviously going to grow my hair out to normal.

I getting it done soon, I have all the money to do it. After that I’m gonna move on and live a normal life if this goes well but should be ok I do a lot of research. I’m pretty old.

i don’t like my traps I agree, could have more shoulders. But overall I not 95% of the people in the gym haha, and irl that I don’t need to fix anymore now I just gotta fix my face and grow my hair back. My actual clavicles are very wide it’s just that I don’t have delts what so ever haha. But fr idc about that every girl I’ve met has lusted over my build tbh. But yes I’m still a sub 5 because of my face. Once I fix that I’ll be g. I’ll give it a crack.
