Small head problem/wth do i do??

So I'm pretty tall 6'5 and I'm also skinny af..
But my biggest issue is,that I have the smallest head I've ever seen. I have long hair currently,but if I hold the hair up, I look like my head hasn't grown since I was 10 lol..

I was planning to do bimax, chin and jaw implant and maybe diy fillers before,but idk wtf to do,since no one else has this problem

Would these surgeries even help? I mean I have a short face,so I guess It would look a little better,but still.

Any surgeries that could atleast help me without me getting a lefort 5 and just changing skulls lol
