Small height growth after HGH

I have been taking HGH for about a month. My dosage is 8IU. I havent been seeing much growth tho. Maybe 1-2cm but i doubt it is bc of the HGH. I inject when i wake up(4iu) and 1 hour before i sleep (4iu) + no food for 3 hrs before for night dosage. Why no growth
