there is no such a thing as small mouth, there are small lips but thats it, if you have small mouth, your whole face is narrow as carrot
you know that the mouth is connected to the other proportions of the face right? Literally doenst matter at all.

If you said long midface it would be different...............

And he only looks uncanny because he had alright lips to begin with. If you had small lips and went to average it'd be a lot less noticeable.

How much did you increase your mouth width by in mm? I only have a 1.4 mouth - nose width ratio. Need to get up to 1.6 to be seen as human.
