Of course it’s going to look like shit if you get large as fuck implants but look at how much wider her mouth is, like holy fuck. Also barely any men get surgery vs women so of course more female examples.

I don't think her resting lips actually became wider. In the before photo her mouth is open. Look in the mirror and open and close your mouth, closing it makes your mouth wider.

The only way to get wider lips is lateral commisuroplasty, and that leaves brutal scars in most patients.
