If you have a small / narrow mouth, i.e not a high t wide mouth, then you will never be able to get higher than 4.5 PSL, it's probably one of the biggest failo and there is literally nothing you can do about it, other than a surgery that will leave scars on the side of your lips which will look disgusting.
