Small philtrum

I have a very small philtrum, when I smile there's literally no space between my nose and mouth which makes me look creepy. What can I do about it. I do have a Jew nose. Will rhinoplasty save this subhuman of a feature?

Nothing, as you get older it will grow longer. Its not a death sentence for young guys, you can get away with looking more pretty at that age.

bone structure and symmetry is more important this really isnt a problem

If you have a droopy nose tip it can cover the philtrum making it look shorter. I never knew what created a long philturm?

Thats because his whole mid face is collapsed and his philtrum is actually dogshit because its not protruding, its flat.

Better forward growth makes the philtrum protrude which usually equates to smaller philtrum.
