Small pimplelike bumps on forehead (HELP)

Situation:
Sometime in the last 2 weeks i've gotten these small pink bumps on the middle and top part of my forehead.

Idk if they are pimples or nah. I have not had a single pimple since finishing accutane and my forehead has been the place on my face where i used to get the least.

I have around as many as the first pic, but the color is a more pinkish tone closer to second pic. Its hard to see unless closer aswell



The only things that i can think of that has changed is:
I sweat alot in the forehead/temple region now that its summer and especially since my hair has gotten longer and usually covers my forehead

I also started using a sleeping mask and often it ends up on my forehead when waking up, mby it could be that its rubbing on my forehead all night

@aids ur helpful when it comes to this stuff i feel like (if the problem is skincare related)

wash your sleeping mask i had the same problem started washing 1 time every 2-3 days and it reduced pimples on forehead

Wow, im so glad i found someone with the exact same problem

Its just a rinse in cold water or what?

I wash mine with a hand soap that has a pleasant smell, but the problem may not only be in this, for example, these things appear on my face also because the hair on my forehead sweats and this can also cause this,so i think you should wash your face/forehead after sweating
