Only way to accurate know is a caliper tbh. You can also find pictures and measure facial width relative to your other facial measurements you already know.

just take into account lens distortions, preferably try to find as non distorted pic as possible (ID pic etc..) and looking with measuring tape at different angles and distances too to get a broader idea.

Caliper however is the thing you want for precise measurement

As a Baby I had a condition where my skull size was growing a lot abnormally,
Btw I indeed have mild autism .


My mom used to cover my head a lot of times lol
