Can I still get an accentuated V taper?

My waist is like 55cm

My clavicle width is average though so small waist average shoulder width

You already know I want that David laid special I need to maximise shoulder width and illusion of width as much as possible

So I won’t isolate traps or lats but I need a way to make shoulders bigger

Just ask someone to help you. Get a measuring tape and measure your circumstances against the smallest part of your midsection. That’s your waist size.
