I have the wrist of an 8 year old child even though Im 6ft4. Why is that?

-K2, Calcium, Protein deficiencies
-Poor sleep
-No mechanical stress/load on bones to stimulate thickness
-Low T
-Endocrine disruptors (BPA, Polyester, etc.)
