I’d like to know what methods can help increase wrist thickness In my case my wrists are around 8.4 inches in circumference while my brothers are around 6 inches were both using AAS so theyre thickening anyway but Im wondering whether there are any ways to speed up the process or use quicker methods such as frauds.

Sadly its genetics and youre already doing AAS's so theres not much you can add

nothing you can really do and it doesnt fucking matter focus on ur face instead of useless stuff like this
