Smaller bites for hollow cheeks?

Is atrophy of the buccinators muscles legit in combination with dropping your bf levels to 10%? My cheeks are still chubby at 17% bodyfat, but i eat like animal tbh. I stuff my face always full with food i’f im hungry.
 
it's mostly about the neutral posture of your mouth, a lot of people are chronically clenching their jaw, your teeth are supposed to float a bit above each-other if you aren't using them, they're not supposed to touch.

I’ve never thought about how i swallow and chew. After seeing two videos on youtube by firstman, it made me think. I’m going to try to atrophy my buccinators, i’d guess they are hypertrophied asf. Let’s see if it going to change anything.

If you don’t have hollow cheeks, it is due to one or more of these 3 reasons:

-not enough bones
-not low enough bf%
-too much water retention

I chew like an animal yet still have hollow cheeks due to these factors

I think my bone structure is weak asf. But a weak bone structure makes you more prone to chubby cheeks if you have hypertrophied buccinators, high water retention and a bodyfat between 15% and 20%. I try to reduce all and see.

If your bones are weak you won’t have hollow cheeks regardless of your other features (or at least not the good kind)

Doing that but my family forces me inside the house for exams this week, I should sneak out

The concepts of mewing and facial exercises are also quite rational, but not that good in practice

the easy stay-debloated diet:

-two meals a day
-caloric deficit
-potassium and magnesium rich foods, very low sodium (<500mg sodium, i.e. 1.25g salt)
-1L-ish water
-low sugar (fruits only)


high sodium foods can bloat you for days so be extremely careful

You can eat pretty much anything tbh.



This diet could have negative impacts on your sexual health though (hyponatremia, low blood pressure, etc).

I had to stop it as soon as I started getting laid....

Did you see a massive difference in your face from debloating water retention? I regularly eat high carb and salty foods.

Hollow cheeks are genetical, either you have them or you dont

Yeah hollow cheeks are a halo, but it is not a requirement

It is more important to not have bloated/chubby cheeks than to have hollow cheeks

it might improve the "hollow cheekbones" look but if you don"t have the bones (so right cheekbone (zygo) size) then you cannot get the "hollow cheek" look

Yeah, it may have minor changes, but nothing super noticeable

Fixing water retention and bf% is much more effective for getting results

if you wanna check if you got the right bones to get that "hollow cheek" effect then go like bite you cheeks lol just suck you cheeks and see if you get that "hollow cheek" effect

-Facial fat distribution isn't androgenic enough

Be careful with the diet though, this is guaranteed to debloat you, but it isn’t necessarily the most healthy, and there are potential health risks associated with it, so do your research too

i am aware of the diet, i practice it everysingle day for the past year. i lost 100lbs with not lose skin with it. tho i do get super define but i just eat fast food in the weekends which ruins my progress.

2 meals a day one breakfast and one lunch. no sugars, ONLY water. and home made meals that are made with no oils.

Yeah, idk why people make such a big deal about “muh buccinator hypertrophy”

I have always used my buccinators quite a bit while eating yet still have hollow cheeks due to bones, bf%, and low bloat (this is literally all that matters for hollow cheeks)
