I was diagnosed with autism at an early age, back then (prior to 2010) the criteria for being fully incapacitated weren't that high and my parents applied for it to pay for my schooling/travel expenses, they've since then changed it but I still fall under the old regulations, and there's no re-examination.

my healthcare is also free, and I can get compensation for 'medical expenses' but that even includes shit like the weights I use to train, which I pretend are for recuperation.
